Cross-cultural groups of students collaborate to develop ideas and visions for their ideal Green Urban Environment. Groups participate in discussions via online forums and together develop their ideas using past and current examples of sustainable design and urban innovation.
Presentation of final designs during the EU-Asia Schools Conference on Sustainable Cities and Urban Innovation could include descriptions, graphics, videos, slideshows and any other visual simulations to illustrate the proposals. A panel of experts will then judge the proposals and select the winner on the basis of the sustainability and innovation of the urban planning design and its relevance to the three key objectives of 7th EAP, among other criteria.
